Production Manager

"Job Responsibilities: • Lead the production team in the manufacturing • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and delivery timelines while optimizing resource utilization. • Monitor production metrics, including yield, cycle time, and throughput, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. • Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure the consistency and reliability of products. • Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications. • Investigate and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance product performance, yield, and cost-effectiveness. • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to develop and implement new thin film deposition techniques and technologies. • Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven approaches to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Recruit, train, and mentor production staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. • Promote safety awareness and ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and regulations. • Manage projects related to the development, optimization, and scale-up of optical thin film coatings. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. • Communicate project status, risks, and resource requirements to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required • Master’s Degree preferred • 5+ years of related experience "
