Process credit memos and adjustments as needed. Payment Processing & Reconciliation: Record and post customer payments (checks, credit cards, ACH, wire transfers). Reconcile payments with invoices and resolve discrepancies. Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up on delinquent accounts. Customer Account Management: Maintain and update customer records in the accounting system. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments. Work with sales and customer service to resolve disputes or billing issues. Reporting & Compliance: Generate aging reports and track outstanding receivables. Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Qualifications & Skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred). Experience: 1+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
