Work with external vendors, agencies, and media partners for advertising and PR activities. Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement. Administrative & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer databases, and marketing activities. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Assist in budgeting and cost management for sales and marketing initiatives. Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in property sales, real estate marketing, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of property development, real estate market trends, and customer preferences. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM software, and property listing platforms. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to travel and attend industry events when required. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with property investment, home financing, and real estate regulations.
