  • Assist in handling recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment letters and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff to ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
  • Ensuring that payroll, commission report preparation and payment made appropriately.
  • Assist retail outlet staff in issues related to HR System
  • Assist in training arrangement with related department/parties by planning and evaluating department activities.
  • Assist HR manager with day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources and in handling disciplinary issues, grievances, domestic inquiry and dispute mediation in compliance of company policies and government regulations when necessary.
  • Actively involved in employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings and ensure take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
  • Adheres to and follow company policies and procedures.
  • At least a Diploma / bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, human resources, or a related role.
  • Preferred proficiency in (Mandarin or Cantonese), both written and spoken.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload (result driven)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently (handles pressure well)
  • Experience with office management software like Microsoft 365 Business
  • Must have knowledge in EA 1955 and IR 1967
