- Assist in handling recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment letters and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff to ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
- Ensuring that payroll, commission report preparation and payment made appropriately.
- Assist retail outlet staff in issues related to HR System
- Assist in training arrangement with related department/parties by planning and evaluating department activities.
- Assist HR manager with day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources and in handling disciplinary issues, grievances, domestic inquiry and dispute mediation in compliance of company policies and government regulations when necessary.
- Actively involved in employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings and ensure take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
- Adheres to and follow company policies and procedures.
- At least a Diploma / bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, human resources, or a related role.
- Preferred proficiency in (Mandarin or Cantonese), both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload (result driven)
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently (handles pressure well)
- Experience with office management software like Microsoft 365 Business
- Must have knowledge in EA 1955 and IR 1967
