Responsibilities: • Monitoring and controlling safety and compliance in the organization as per the Safety and Health Act 1994 and organization's safety policy. • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. • Maintain safety records and reports. • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention. • To lead safety committees and meetings to discuss safety concerns and initiatives. • Coordinate and liase with relevent authorities (JKKP, BOMBA, Alam Sekitar) • Perform any other relevant/adhoc tasks as assigned by superior/Management. Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or a related field. • OSH certification (e.g., NIOSH OSH Coordinator Certificate) is an added advantage but not compulsory. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Strong administrative and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. • Ability to work independently and with a team.
