SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST – GLOBAL SERVICES

Primary Duties & Responsibilities · Support the Global Service Finance Manager in overseeing all financial aspects of the Global Services organization, including accounting, controlling, financial analysis, strategic planning, internal controls, and audits. · Collaborate with Global Service management and regional service managers to provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, cost control, QBR, and ad hoc financial analysis and reporting. · Analyze and monitor service revenue streams, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting. · Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. · Maintain clear and timely communication with service and finance teams across all regions, ensuring that tasks are on track and progressing smoothly. · Continuously identify and refine work processes to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency. · Ensure that controls and processes are in place to support successful internal and external audits, including SOX, GAAP, and statutory audits where applicable. Education & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. · 5-10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role. · ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred. · Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. · Proficient in Microsoft office tools. · Oracle and Hyperion are a plus.
