Role: The Site Supervisor involves the management and supervision of a construction site in accordance with health and safety guidelines. The Site Supervisor must responsible to assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections and maintain safety programs. Responsibilities: 1. Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to workers 2. Organize workflow and ensure that workers understand their duties or delegated tasks 3. Monitor workers’ productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching 4. Monitor project site progress 5. Assist engineer or project manager for site inspection 6. Receive complaints and resolve problems 7. Maintain timekeeping and worker’s records 8. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa 9. Prepare and submit daily site dairy or performance reports 10. Train new workers 11. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises 12. Organize project and workers site working activity comply to project HSE requirement 13. Enforce HSE working culture Accountabilities: 1. Completion of construction and site installation. Authorities: 1. Give instructions and/or orders to sub-contractors and workers. 2. Be held responsible for the work and actions of sub-contractors and workers. Education Qualification: 1. Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field. High school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage Skills and/or Experience: 1. Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role 2. Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field 3. Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills 6. Good knowledge of MS Office
