Job Description 1. Supporting project coordination activities for the Business Unit 2. Working closely with Sales/Account/Project Managers in engaging stakeholders, soliciting and clarifying business requirements, and ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations 3. Coordinating with Business Unit Head and relevant teams in compiling information ensuring projects meet client requirements and comply with local regulations 4. Acting as the primary point of contact to ensure business requirements are met within company policy and law 5. Supporting the Business Unit Head in management reporting on project activities Job Requirement: • Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written skill in Mandarin and English • Minimum 3 years’ experience in consolidating and interpreting local laws and regulations relevant to project requirements • Willingness and ability to travel overseas when required • Good time management to complete duties within agreed schedule • Able to work independent and with minimum supervision • Adapt at creating clear and concise presentations using tools like PowerPoint • Prior experience in recruitment and HR is preferred • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate company policies and ensure their implementation • Proactive and able to research labour policies and recruitment channels in different countries • Demonstrates accountability and willingness to assist the business unit with recruitment tasks
