JOB SUMMARY: - The Paper Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality of household and personal hygiene paper products by conducting tests, analyzing raw materials, and monitoring production processes. This role ensures compliance with industry standards and company specifications while identifying opportunities for process improvements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Quality Control & Testing: - Conduct physical and chemical tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished paper products. - Analyze properties such as softness, absorbency, thickness, and strength. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. 2) Production Monitoring: - Monitor manufacturing processes to detect and resolve quality issues. - Work closely with production teams to implement quality control measures. - Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions. 3) Standards & Compliance: -Ensure products meet ISO, GMP, and other relevant industry regulations. - Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and test results. -Assist in audits and quality certifications. 4)Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities to enhance product quality and reduce waste. - Collaborate with R&D teams to develop improved paper formulations. - Suggest modifications in production techniques for better efficiency. 5)Equipment & Reporting: -Operate and calibrate testing equipment. -Prepare quality reports and present findings to management. -Support troubleshooting efforts in case of quality-related issues. REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATION: Degree in Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields. EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years in quality control within paper manufacturing, preferably in hygiene paper products. SKILLS: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of quality testing methods and industry standards. - Attention to detail with excellent reporting skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with production teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in tissue, toilet paper, wet wipes, or sanitary paper production. - Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, and hygiene product regulations. - Hands-on experience with paper testing equipment.
