Job Purpose: Perform the planned site audit, review job safety analysis and implement HSE initiatives in line with the direction set in the HSE plans. Job Responsibilities: • Perform site audits to ensure site implementations are in accordance with the JSA and PTW. • Conduct daily safety briefings and weekly toolbox meetings. • Report and notify the relevant parties of all occurrence of accidents or incidents in line with HSEMS within the required timeframe. • Carry out daily HSE Inspection and submit Inspection reports to HSE Manager in a timely manner. • Monitor site activities, identify hazards, and provide advisory to workers on safe work environments. • Implement reward and penalty programs set by project management to cultivate safety culture. • Guide the junior staff and review the work output to ensure quality. Job Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. • Oil and Gas Safety Passport. • CIDB and Green Card. • Registered SSS with DOSH - Yellow Book (preferred). • Knowledge of Factory & Machinery Act 1967.
