Responsibilities •Keep IT management informed about any service or application issues that might affect the operations of the client business. •Accurately execute all tasks assigned for a particular shift. •Perform other assigned duties. •Notify supervisor and technician of errors or problems. •Work with teams and clients to handle any abnormal conditions. •Facilities management, incident response and customer support. •Execute defined processes , batch job and backups in accordance with regulations. •To attend customer inquiries (in Japanese) Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in IT or any related field - IT experience will be an added advantage - Fresh will be encouraged to apply - Japanese Speaker JLPT N2 or similar proficiency - Willing to relocate to Japan - Able to work on shift basis
