Responsibilities: - Ensure that the membership register is maintained and updated accordingly. - Ensure the membership new application and renewal are processed on timely basis. - Ensure that official receipts, membership cards, certificates, reminders are sent to members promptly. - Provide general administrative support for each of the committees/sections/societies, i.e. coordinate meetings, refreshments, confirm attendance, prepare draft letters, taking minutes of meetings, etc. - Any other duties as requested by the Honorary General Secretary, main office bearers and the COO from time to time.
