Key responsibilities: Accenture is currently recruiting for a Senior to drive the rollout of the digital marketing advertising solution to the South Korean market. Our client’s ad solutions leverage our company’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients’ cutting-edge social media platform. We are partnering with the Client to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. The Seniors will be instrumental in driving the rollout of large digital marketing advertising solutions to the South Korean market and will be an integral part of growing our business. Responsibilities: • Manages a high number of important Digital Marketing Agency relationships focused on supporting and scaling existing advertisers within the book. • Good understanding of Performance marketing and how to sell solutions to sophisticated buyers • Salesmanship – esp Technical – Positioning value propositions, objection handling, etc • Affinity to and understanding of the South Korean market advertisers • Typically owns important projects with Team Lead/Ops Lead oversight – usually cross-program influence • Can work independently with a low amount of intervention/guidance when working on projects • Typically, deputies for Sales Manager in their absence (PTO, etc) • Will typically interact and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders across the business • Retain and grow revenue within a strategic book of business or across business function • When required, operate across multiple markets, sharing information and driving consistency • Gain an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships • Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns • Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and existing accounts when applicable • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners Qualifications and Experience: • Typically, should have 3 years or more of experience in Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform and 3 years’ experience in a sales or account management role • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing solutions • Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing • High proficiency in the Korean language to communicate with clients in the South Korean market that you will be assigned. • Experienced in tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools • Very strong analytical and reporting skills; Experience using data-driven solutions to drive positive business outcomes
