Senior Executive, Brand Development (Designer)

We are seeking a highly skilled designer as part of our Brand Development creative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in visual design, brand identity and experience in using design software with a strong portfolio to showcase their expertise. Job Responsibilities To support the Manager, Brand Development in designing and creating visually appealing designs for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, infographics, and website elements and uniform design. Managing and ensuring adherence of all materials to the Hospital Picaso corporate identity guide at all times. Serve as the primary point of contact for brand-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams, vendors, printers and external partners. In charge of monitoring project execution for offline materials and projects including festive decorations, installation of brochure racks, hoarding and building signages. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design. Strong understanding of corporate identity usage. Able to manage tight deadlines, communicate with different departments and coordinate with outsourced designers/suppliers Independent and strong team player Minimum two years’ experience in graphic designing and corporate identity management.
