What you'll be doing- Providing day-to-day support and guidance to Mandarin-speaking hosts, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitoring host performance and providing constructive feedback to help them improve
- Facilitating training and development opportunities for hosts to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain high-quality hosts
- Maintaining detailed records and reporting on host performance and engagement
- Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns raised by hosts in a timely and professional manner
What we're looking for- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar host management or customer service role, preferably in the technology or entertainment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and support Mandarin-speaking hosts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, with the ability to provide clear and concise guidance and feedback
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive work environment
- Adaptable and open to learning, with a willingness to continuously improve and grow in the role
