Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive sales, build strong relationships with retail partners, and expand the market presence of our trading card games and related products. This role involves managing key accounts, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth product distribution to maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring excellent service and consistent sales growth.

Sales & Revenue Growth – Identify new sales opportunities, negotiate pricing, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Retail & Distribution Coordination – Work closely with distributors and retail partners (e.g., 7-Eleven) to ensure product availability and proper merchandising.

Promotions & Trade Marketing – Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, special campaigns, and product launches.

Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting – Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports to management for strategic planning.

Collaboration with Internal Teams – Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in FMCG, gaming, or collectibles).

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with retail sales, distribution networks, and consumer product sales.

Other: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
