  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth online transactions, updating e-commerce platforms, and maintaining excellent customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Management Manage and update product listings on online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website, etc.) Monitor online sales performance, stock availability, and order fulfilment. Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams for timely delivery of orders. Handle returns, cancellations, and refunds professionally. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email or calls in a timely and friendly manner. Provide after-sales support and resolve complaints effectively. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings across all online platforms. Sales & Admin Support Assist sales team with quotations, invoicing, and tracking sales orders. Maintain accurate records of daily sales, customer database, and reports. Prepare monthly reports on e-commerce sales performance. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field. Familiar with online marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & basic Canva or design tools is a bonus.
