WE ARE HIRING: Sales & E-Commerce Admin Location: Bukit Minyak, Penang Employment Type: Full-time Fresh graduates are welcome to apply About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales & E-Commerce Admin to manage online sales channels, support daily sales operations, and coordinate customer service. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth online transactions, updating e-commerce platforms, and maintaining excellent customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Management Manage and update product listings on online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website, etc.) Monitor online sales performance, stock availability, and order fulfilment. Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams for timely delivery of orders. Handle returns, cancellations, and refunds professionally. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email or calls in a timely and friendly manner. Provide after-sales support and resolve complaints effectively. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings across all online platforms. Sales & Admin Support Assist sales team with quotations, invoicing, and tracking sales orders. Maintain accurate records of daily sales, customer database, and reports. Prepare monthly reports on e-commerce sales performance. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field. Familiar with online marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & basic Canva or design tools is a bonus.
