Job Responsibilities: • Assist in all matters pertaining to the administration job in purchase department. • Responsible to prepare and issue all related documents such as Sales Order, Purchase Order, Sales Invoice, etc. • Arrange and coordinate delivering out invoices & stock to outlets • Provide any administrative support efficiently to the team such as filing, faxing, photocopying, etc. • Assist in ad-hoc duties or all other tasks as & when required by superior.
