JOB DESCRIPTION • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required • Dealing with email, phone, message enquiries • Handling front desk duties • Arranging daily court booking and customer enquiries • Data entry (daily sales, badminton court booking, and badminton training related, letters) • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts • To handle accounts bookkeeping. • To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up. • Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, bank cheque, letter offer, consent letter) • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping. • General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments. • Monitor stock check and update latest stock count. • Provide administrative support for operations team such as hall cleanliness, maintenance of hall etc . Runners for administrative works (2-3 times a month) . preferable own self vehicles can drive
