  • Client Engagement: Attend to all online inquiries with speed, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Build warm and approachable connections with clients to foster trust and engagement.
  • Product Recommendations and Pricing: Provide clients with tailored product recommendations based on their needs, budget, and concept. Generate accurate price quotes quickly and efficiently.
  • Lead Qualification and Communication: Call leads to confirm their requirements and clarify expectations. Proactively follow up with leads via email, calls, and other communication channels.
  • Live Demos and Storytelling: Conduct at least 2 live demos/meetings per day to showcase gifts and merchandise. Use positive storytelling to convey the purpose and impact behind products.
  • Account Management and Retention: Maintain long-term relationships with clients by managing accounts effectively. Ensure client retention through thoughtful follow-ups and impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, purchasing, marketing) to fulfill client needs and deliver delightful unboxing experiences.
  • Use Canva or similar tools to create mock-ups, visual aids, or quick branding previews for client presentations.
  • Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and unlocking commission tiers.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, keep up with market trends, and identify new sales opportunities within your pipeline.
  • Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in gifting, events, branding, merchandising, or solutions-based selling.
  • Confident in conducting online meetings, live product walk-throughs, and storytelling with professionalism and charm.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product concepts, materials, and customizations creatively.
  • Comfortable with calculations, margins, and basic pricing strategies to close deals effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems, order platforms, and presentation tools.
  • Familiar with Canva or able to use visual tools to design simple mockups or mood boards for client presentations.
