Job Description As a customer service representative, you will identify and address customers' uncertainties. Attending to email and phone enquiries, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility. Working as a team ensuring that customers service level is met. Job Responsibilities: Attending to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's high level of accessibility Ensure communication with customers and clients with clear and relevant information Manage customers or client’s feedback and complaints in a professional manner Perform post-case administration for future reference Job Requirements: SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field. Relevant insurance certification will be an advantage Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service in a contact center Enjoy people engagement and providing good advice and patience in dealing with complex problems Good interpersonal and communication skills Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition Proactive personality & excellent communication in English Additional Info: Call Centre / BPO background only 24/7 shift rotation Fully work in office and location at Menara IGB Mid Valley
