Job Description: 1) Develop and implement quality control systems and processes. 2) Perform regular quality audits and inspections of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. 3) Supervise and coordinate the activities of IQA, IPQA, and OQA supervisors to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards. 4) Analyze quality data, including test results, production metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. 5) Work with engineering and production teams to resolve any quality-related issues and improve product quality. 6) Lead the root cause analysis of quality failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 7) Provide training and guidance to the quality teams to ensure understanding and proper implementation of quality standards. 8) Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality certifications. 9) Prepare detailed quality reports, presenting findings and solutions to senior management. 10) Implement continuous improvement initiatives and quality management systems to increase product quality and production efficiency. 11) Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for all quality assurance activities. 12) Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. 13) Support new product development and process changes by ensuring quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. 14) Other duties as assigned by Superior/Management on time to time. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field). • Candidates with 2 years experience in a related field will be value added. • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & able to interpret drawing. • Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP).Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel). • Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, casting, assembly, electronics).Familiarity with inspection techniques and tools (e.g., calipers, CMM, gauges). • Ability to provide instructions and work as part of a team. • Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
