Job Description: 1) Serve as the primary quality liaison between the company and customers, understanding and addressing their quality requirements and expectations 2) Conduct quality audits on incoming materials and final products to ensure they meet customer specifications and industry standards. 3) Analyze customer complaints and quality issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions 4) Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes based on customer feedback and quality data 5) Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection protocols, quality plans, and reports 6) Support the execution of first article inspections (FAIs) and coordinate customer visits for quality assessments 7) Monitor and report on key quality metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives. 8) Conduct training sessions for internal staff on customer quality standards and inspection techniques. 9) Other duties as assigned by Superior/Management on time to time. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in sheet metal fabrication and machining. • Medical experience will be a value added for this role. • Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP).Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel). • Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, casting, assembly, electronics).Familiarity with inspection techniques and tools (e.g., calipers, CMM, gauges). • Ability to provide instructions and work as part of a team. • Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
