Contract & Commercial Manager
Job Description:
1. Commercial decision-making and fulfilment management: Identify key assumptions and risks in the bidding phase, evaluate project profitability, organize commercial decision-making meetings, support project decision-making, and track the execution of decision-making comments.
2. Contract and commerce process operation: Undertake contract and fulfilment operations, optimize processes and IT systems in the contract and commerce domain, identify and solve problems, and continuously improve operation quality and efficiency.
3. Comprehensive business analysis: Develop and optimize business models and business solutions by analysing and summarizing business materials such as historical business data, customer requirement information, competitor information, and industry development information.
4. Business design: such as transaction model design, contract solution design, contract risk authorization and decision-making, channel contract management, contract policy and process, and contract quality management.
5. Professional training: Develop and improve the contract commerce management capability of the sub-regional rep office.
Job Requirements:
1. Have commercial and contract fulfilment management experience or other experience related to manage end-to-end tasks.
2. Have good problem resolution capabilities, contract interpretation capabilities, regional communication and coordination capabilities, and digital tool operation capabilities.
3. Have good contract risk analysis and problem solving skills, good communication skills, service awareness, teamwork spirit, and strong execution ability.
4. Strong sense of service and quality, and strong sense of responsibility;
5. Good communication and coordination skills;
6. Have an end-to-end process mindset, good at identifying problems in processes, promote process optimization & efficiency and quality improvement.
