Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound phone calls from customers, providing efficient and professional service. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests related to banking services. Ensure high-quality service delivery while adhering to company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary. Meet performance targets on call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Adapt to a fast-paced, shift-based work environment. Must be able to work fully on-site (No Hybrid) Job Requirement: Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal). Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. Prior experience in call center or banking is preferred. Education & Experience: Degree holders with minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in call center or banking). Diploma holders with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. SPM holders with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (all passes required). Additional Infomation: EPF Contribution: 16% Annual Leave: 25 days Prefer candidate from Call Centre or Banking industry
