- Liaise with business owners to explore and understand their business processes for new project implementations.
- Conduct system training for customers during new project implementations.
- Resolve hardware and software issues that arise throughout the project phases.
- Plan, execute, and maintain the project deployment flow.
- Provide support to customers by responding to inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate and communicate with the internal team to meet customer needs.
- Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to all customer-related problems.
- Candidate must have at least an SPM level qualification or above.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required languages: English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Possess own transport and be willing to travel for work.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
- Responsible, a team player, and a fast learner.
- Effective communication, coordination, training, and presentation skills.
- Basic IT knowledge in software, networking, and hardware (e.g., device driver installation, printer installation).
- Good understanding of the retail industry and supply management is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems, retail, and F&B operation flow is a plus.
