You will Reach out to existing customers to promote the value and benefits of our notebook warranties Upsell and renew warranties on laptops sold by Lenovo Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales revenue by targeting customers with expiring warranties Provide quotes and pricing information to distributors/Partners/customers Addressing customer concerns and objections Process sales orders and complete necessary documentation Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity Have good understanding of Channel business model Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. Co-ordinate and deliver training and/or portfolio overview programs. Participate actively in all review and collaboration meetings with internal sales team, partners & vendors. Communicate to partners on Sales program and drive pipelines. You Bring Professional degree in Information Technology OR Computer Science or Business Administration Three to Five(3-5) years relevant experience in an Inside Sales role selling upselling and warranty services for Hardware products like PC, Laptops, Desktop, Tablets etc. Good sales mindset in attracting customers and meeting sales numbers. Must have good MS Excel skills with Pivot tables and V-lookup experience. Good customer relationship management and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Thai language and good command of English.
