Responsibilities: Facility Availability and Management: Maintain and ensure the availability of data centre facilities as per agreed SLA. Ensure data centre areas are maintained to a high standard of efficiency. Infrastructure Installation and Configuration: Install data centre infrastructure materials, including racks, cabinets, grounding systems, cable trays, ladders, cable management, copper and fibre networking cables, and patch panels. Rack and stack equipment, including network switches, routers, servers, power distribution devices, and grounding equipment. Provision necessary resources, such as racks, power, and cabling in the Data Centre. Compliance and Standards: Comply with all company policies and procedures. Adhere to company standards. Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with all third parties and internal teams associated with the maintenance and support of the facility. Project team: Involvement in technical project that related to data center upgrading, maintenance and customer request. Reporting: Preparation of technical reports related to customer request and data center efficiency on a periodic basis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree. Fresh graduate or not more than 2 years of experience of hands-on experience in data center operations and infrastructure management. Basic knowledge in data center technologies, including servers, networking, storage, and power distribution systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues promptly. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry best practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
