We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a combination of administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial record-keeping.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and update profit-sharing reports.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Manage supplier-related tasks, including placing orders and preparing payments.
  • Maintain sales collection records and ensure timely updates.
  • Issue customer invoices and receipts.
  • Handle correspondence with unit owners regarding administrative matters.
  • Organize and maintain office documentation and filing systems.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.

Accounting Duties:

  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process staff claims.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Process payments to suppliers and other relevant parties.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
