We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a combination of administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial record-keeping.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and update profit-sharing reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Manage supplier-related tasks, including placing orders and preparing payments.
- Maintain sales collection records and ensure timely updates.
- Issue customer invoices and receipts.
- Handle correspondence with unit owners regarding administrative matters.
- Organize and maintain office documentation and filing systems.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
Accounting Duties:
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process staff claims.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Process payments to suppliers and other relevant parties.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
