- Minimum 10 years of project/software testing related to Banking systems/domain, inclusive of 5 years of test management experience managing project testing.
- Good knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and Defect management lifecycle.

- Working experience using test and defect management such as Bugzilla, AML, TestLink, etc, and able to demonstrate the required skills in using other relevant tools such as Jenkins, monitoring tools (Dynatrace), Performance testing tool JMeter, LoadRunner.
- Capable to manage 2-3 testing projects at the same time.
- Responsible to prepare the test strategy, test plan, test cycle & execution plan and test tasks assignment for the testing projects.
- Review all testing deliverables produced by test analysts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Perform the test progress, test control & defect management and analysis for Daily Status Reporting (DSR).
- Conduct the defect triage meeting.
- Prepare the test completion report for testing signoff.
- Review test results and accountable of the testing signoff and quality.
- Perform the test analyst tasks inclusive of test execution (either manually or automation) when there is high volume of testing requirements and/or testing progress is behind schedule or is in critical stage.
- For the project requires performance testing, shall have to work with the performance test team to plan, coordinate, track and manage the performance testing until signoff.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of the testing project and quality.
- Raise escalation to Test COE Manager and Project Manager for testing issues/risks.
- Conduct retrospective with test analysts for test continuous improvements.
- To perform non-project tasks which are testing process, framework, tool improvements related.
- Adopt the Bank test process, methodology, templates and tools. Conduct the test process, methodology, templates and test/defect tool training to the stakeholders or BNM team if required.
- Good knowledge of SDLC processes, testing methodology, and different types of testing.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as ALM.
- ISTQB/ISEB certifications are an advantage.
- A strong domain in Online Banking is an advantage.
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills, able to work independently and as a team player.
