Job Requirements – Resource Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Resource Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end resource lifecycle activities in a corporate or client-facing environment.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in resource coordination, HR operations, or project support roles.
Strong understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes, including logistics coordination, IT provisioning, and stakeholder communication.
Experience handling corporate tools like Citrix, Microsoft Teams, Access Management Systems, and IT Asset Tracking.
Familiarity with coordinating building access, laptop setups, and email account creation/deactivation.
Prior experience in a client-facing role or working closely with HR, IT, and project managers.
Excellent communication skills – able to coordinate across multiple teams and provide timely updates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ticketing or workflow tools like ServiceNow or JIRA is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to maintain documentation and tracking sheets for audit or compliance purposes.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in a consulting or professional services firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle time-sensitive requests with a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
