  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description:
General Responsibilities:
  • Assist with performing all data entry related tasks, dealing mainly with product information management (PIM) system.
  • Interact with other teams to obtain data (supporting global users).
  • Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisor.
  • Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered, including identifying and correcting any data entry errors.
  • Assist with answering all requests received via Salesforce and any ad-hoc requests, issues, questions, and problems in accurate and timely manner.
  • Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of datasets.
  • Managing data creation and lifecycle maintenance for products as well as data syndication of products to multiple eCommerce marketplaces and other internal systems
  • Proactively troubleshoot and correct product data issues, including price, category, image, description.
Requirements:
  • Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and necessary order management/ data management systems (Added advantage: > Intermediate Level)
  • Eager to learn attitude and work with various countries.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and necessary order management/ data management systems
  • Effective at multi-tasking and prioritizing a high volume of projects and tasks at one time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and convey information to a variety of audiences.
