Responsibilities :

  • Manage HRMS, ERP Systems, Zoom, and online job portals to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
  • Handle all recruitment-related functions within the HRMS, including candidate tracking, job postings and employee records.
  • Generate Zoom meeting links, prepare meeting reports, and manage recorded sessions for recruitment purposes.
  • Administer and manage the company's online job portal, including job postings, company profiles, and user access.
  • Conduct background checks on potential candidates as part of the recruitment process.
  • Perform exit interview for resigning employees.
  • Review and revise recruitment-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure the safekeeping of all Job Descriptions and Exit Interview Forms for the entire group.
  • Execute the onboarding process and on-the-job training for newly hired overseas staff or key position staff.
  • Prepare and analyze various recruitment reports, including manpower reports, hiring reports, resignation reports, and turnover analysis for the group.
  • Assist in the preparation of onboarding and offboarding documentation to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Assist in scheduling and arranging interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks related to HR recruitment as assigned.
  • Serve as the primary contact person for recruitment matters, including reviewing sales agreements, subscribing to new job portals, and conducting background checks on new hires.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
  • Proficient in operating and learning various HRMS, ERP systems, online job portals, and other digital platforms, with the ability to adapt to new technologies as needed.
  • Familiarity with Zoom for scheduling and managing virtual meetings.
  • Strong analytical skills to generate and interpret recruitment reports.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
