Responsibilites:
- Managing of accounting item in company cloud ERP system.
- Prepare payments to Vendors for COD & credit term basis.
- Reconcile Statement of Accounts from vendors.
- Prepare Statement of Accounts to Customers after month end closing.
- Follow up collection from Sales Team, quarterly drafting sales team commissions through data from ERP system.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation report.
- Work with finance manager to complete full sets of SDN BHD accounts.
- Work with external auditor for company taxation and annual submissions.
Job Requirements:
- Major in Accounting.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
- Organized, initiative & self motivated.
- Having sincerity and sense of responsibility on job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
