Responsibilites:

  • Managing of accounting item in company cloud ERP system.
  • Prepare payments to Vendors for COD & credit term basis.
  • Reconcile Statement of Accounts from vendors.
  • Prepare Statement of Accounts to Customers after month end closing.
  • Follow up collection from Sales Team, quarterly drafting sales team commissions through data from ERP system.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation report.
  • Work with finance manager to complete full sets of SDN BHD accounts.
  • Work with external auditor for company taxation and annual submissions.

Job Requirements:

  • Major in Accounting.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
  • Organized, initiative & self motivated.
  • Having sincerity and sense of responsibility on job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
