Job Scope:
- Admin: Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form. Dealing with queries on the phone and by email. Scheduling appointments.
- Customer Service: Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Operation: Supply chain management, forecasting, quality control, and delivery management. Ensure timely manner of orders.
- HR: Recruitment & selection, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, compensation and benefits.
- Finance: Managing the budget, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically.
- Sales & Marketing: Researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans.
