  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and review product benchmarking trials at lab and pilot plant scale for all the application segments identified.
  • Supporting new product scale up by running application trials to ensure product efficacy.
  • Researching, planning and developing new products and/or applications for food emulsifiers, blends and texturizing systems products.
  • Develop and continuously improve & optimize test methodologies, benchmarking trials and application formulations/recipes in light of new product/application trends and customer needs.
  • Sourcing & identifying raw materials and/or equipment to be used in the benchmarking trials, application formulations/recipes and raw materials for texturizing systems.
  • Support customer technical inquiries in a timely manner, including but not limited to laboratory trials, pilot plant trials and field trials where necessary.
  • Support the sales/marketing team with customer visits, customer seminars and at exhibitions as prioritized by management.
  • Maintain equipment, consumables and ingredients in the application lab in a safe and hygienic condition.
  • Set up & maintain a proper filing system for all applications-related studies, reports and product developments.
  • To perform any other duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Food Technology / Food Science, or relevant background. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with 1–3 years of industrial relevance, strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be preferred.
  • Candidates with practical experience in dairy and confectionery products have an added advantage.
  • Candidates with experience from the Emulsifier, Stabilisers or Food Ingredients industries have an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicants must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Highly motivated, a self-starter and eager to succeed.
  • Mature, independent and fast learner.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
