JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow to support financial planning.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents.
  • Verify financial data and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Monitor daily revenue reports and verify room sales, F&B revenue, and other income.
  • Support cost control measures by reviewing departmental expenses.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper cost allocation.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and banks for financial transactions.
  • To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Working Experience: 3 years & above experience in a related position. Hotel experience preferred.
  • Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
