JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow to support financial planning.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents.
- Verify financial data and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Monitor daily revenue reports and verify room sales, F&B revenue, and other income.
- Support cost control measures by reviewing departmental expenses.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper cost allocation.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and banks for financial transactions.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
REQUIREMENT:
- Working Experience: 3 years & above experience in a related position. Hotel experience preferred.
- Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
