Job Description
- Track key performance metrics across social media platforms such as engagement, reach and conversion rates
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare comprehensive reports on social media performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Audit and analyze social media presences, including digital advertising cost and returns
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking system, gathering necessary data according to the planned objective to determine efficacy and areas of campaign improvement
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
