HR Executive
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing and executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks
- Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
- Liaising with external service providers, vendors, and government agencies on administrative matters
- Continuously improving HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What we're looking for
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and administrative procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
