  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating with suppliers for raw materials, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate OEM/ODM/OBM supply chain operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while avoiding overstocking.
  • Process purchase orders, supplier contracts, and invoices accurately.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance based on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, MyGAP, GlobalGAP, Halal, Mesti, and other regulatory standards.
  • Assist in internal and external audits for compliance and certification purposes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for quality control and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct supplier quality assessments to ensure materials meet company standards.
  • Assist in applying for and renewing relevant certifications (e.g., Halal, HACCP, Mesti).
  • Ensure that procurement practices align with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to purchasing and compliance
  • Identify potential compliance risks and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Monitor procurement trends, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in any relevance discipline
  • Has relevant experience in a similar role. (Fresh graduate with relevance internship experience are welcomed to apply)
  • Any related certificates is an added advantage.
  • Understanding on HACCP, GMP, Halal Standard, MyGAP, GlobalGAP, Mesti etc
  • Understanding of basic business planning and regulatory issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
