Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- At least 2 years working experience in logistics industry
- Good computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong analytical, creative and problem-solving skills
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor and follow up on all export shipments with relevant documents and reports
- Assist Operation Manager in generating management/periodical report & information
- Attend to customers’ complaint and ensure that problems are resolved immediately
- Liaison with airlines for space and rate
- Preparation of all relevant airline declaration documents
- Prevent areas of non-conformance and make recommendations of CAR
- Inform, update and work closely with superiors and other relevant functional units
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
