Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 8-10 years working experience in relevant industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with authorities and other stakeholders to secure approvals and resolve issues.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of relevant regulations, planning processes, and construction standards.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the development process.
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
