Assistant, Group Finance
Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day finance operational tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assist in preparation and posting of accounting entries
2. Assist in processing payment and reimburse petty cash to vendor and staff
3. Assist in handling account receivable and debtor reconciliation
4. Reconcile bank and other related accounts
5. Assist in preparing service tax returns
6. Assist in preparing finance reports, collating and preparing information for audit and tax purpose
7. Ensure proper authorization and verification of accounting transactions
8. Assist in ad-hoc tasks from time-to-time
Job Requirements
1. Candidate should possess a Diploma / Certificate in Accounting field or at least tertiary education level
2. Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in accounting field
