A leading global MNC are looking for a Country People Manager to join the team.
Role Description
- Drive and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring organizational transformation, market leadership, and compliance with labor laws while embedding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) principles.
- Strengthen employer branding, workforce planning, and leadership development to attract, retain, and grow top talent. Foster a high-performance culture through performance management, continuous learning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, leveraging HR technology and analytics to optimize decision-making, enhance workforce efficiency, and ensure seamless HR program execution across Malaysia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in an MNC or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
