Job Description
- Perform comprehensive client assessments and set appropriate long-term and short-term goals.
- Develop effective management and treatment plans for clients.
- Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and parents to ensure goals are appropriate and that the client is making progress.
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate client progress, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Maintain and adhere to proper documentation guidelines and standards; ensure records are ready for reference or reporting.
- Attend Early Intervention Program (EIP) review meetings with parents and the team on a termly basis.
- Always ensure a safe and clean environment, including sanitising toys and equipment.
- Report any incidents or accidents to the Centre Manager.
- Complete all necessary reports as required.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, professional development, business development, and peer-sharing sessions.
- Support the overall business direction of the company.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM1,740.93 - RM3,958.71 per month
Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
