Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with school events, admissions, and academic highlights.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower base organically.

2. Content Creation & Branding

  • Write clear and engaging copy for posts, announcements, newsletters, flyers, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the academic and admin teams to gather stories, updates, and student achievements for promotion.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with the school’s branding, voice, and tone.

3. Inquiry & Lead Management

  • Respond promptly to inquiries received through social media, email, or messaging apps (like WhatsApp or Messenger).
  • Track leads, answer FAQs about admissions, programs, fees, etc., and pass qualified leads to the admissions team.
  • Maintain professional, warm, and informative communication with prospective parents.

4. Campaign Execution & Analytics

  • Run digital campaigns for admissions or events (optional if more advanced skills are required).
  • Track post performance and audience insights, and provide regular social media analytics reports.
  • Suggest improvements based on trends, feedback, and performance data.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media (experience in the education sector is a plus).
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite).
  • Friendly, responsive, and customer-service oriented personality.
  • Knowledge of school admissions processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,732.39 - RM3,132.73 per month
