Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with school events, admissions, and academic highlights.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower base organically.
2. Content Creation & Branding
- Write clear and engaging copy for posts, announcements, newsletters, flyers, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the academic and admin teams to gather stories, updates, and student achievements for promotion.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the school’s branding, voice, and tone.
3. Inquiry & Lead Management
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through social media, email, or messaging apps (like WhatsApp or Messenger).
- Track leads, answer FAQs about admissions, programs, fees, etc., and pass qualified leads to the admissions team.
- Maintain professional, warm, and informative communication with prospective parents.
4. Campaign Execution & Analytics
- Run digital campaigns for admissions or events (optional if more advanced skills are required).
- Track post performance and audience insights, and provide regular social media analytics reports.
- Suggest improvements based on trends, feedback, and performance data.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media (experience in the education sector is a plus).
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite).
- Friendly, responsive, and customer-service oriented personality.
- Knowledge of school admissions processes.
