Key responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Ensuring projects are executed according to plan, on schedule, and within budget. Schedule line walk and inspection on site. Ensuring technicians are attended to execute task on site and maintain good attendance record.
- Team Management: Supervising field staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring productivity, identify and resolve technical issues during project execution, providing guidance and support to the project team.
- Logistics Coordination: Managing resources, equipment, and materials needed for field operations.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Client Interaction: Acting as the main point of contact between the company and clients on-site to avoid any disruption on client's production activities.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keeping records of project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing issues that arise on-site and ensuring minimal disruptions.
- Quality Control: Ensuring work meets quality standards and specifications.
Basic requirements:
- Specialist: Technical expertise in CCTV, door alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Experienced: Minimum of 5 years experience to work at factory working environment for maintenance services.
