  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Regular

· Perform vacuum, electrical & electronic or mechanical troubleshooting with minimum down time.

· Assist in improvement activities, product conversion, equipment upgrade, buy off of new equipment, modification, qualification of machine parts and life span of machine parts and its components.

· Carry out projects or tasks as given by immediate superior.

· Execute tasks for equipment change and conversion

· Support equipment 6S in the production line and tech bay.

· Conduct training for junior technicians in sustaining and improve troubleshooting skill.

· Follow safety rules and cleanroom protocol

Job Description: Perform Machine Maintenance activity including Preventive Maintenance, Conversion, Parts Replacement, Projects, Data Collection and Checksheet updates.

REQUIREMENTS :

Academic Qualification :

· Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment (especially Hard disk media) is required.

· Working experiences in Sputtering or machine maintenance related field would be an added advantage.

· Knowledge in using measurement tools such as multi meters, oscilloscope, etc.

· Knowledge in study schematic diagram (circuit diagram) working on system troubleshooting.

· Good in wiring, soldering and mechanical assembly skill.

· Must be able to work on 12 hours shifts (6 crews 2 shift pattern)

· Able to communicate in English

  • Willing to work in the cleanroom environment

Shift allowances provided - RM3 (Day Shift Allowance) & RM14 (Night Shift)

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
