1) Answering incoming calls and screen phone calls before directing them to the right person.
2) To maintain a proper phone etiquette and should keep it as short as possible.
3) Greet visitors, clients and directors.
4) Direct visitors to the appropriate department or employee.
5) Arrange and ensure documents and parcels for courier service are pick up on time.
6) Receive, record and distribute incoming mails (by hand, courier or registered mail) to respective personnel or departments.
7) Record all out-going cheque before releasing to the respective supplier.
8) Check and attach consignment notes to invoices issued by the courier service company and submit to the Admin Officer.
9) Meeting Room reservation.
10) Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
11) To carry out instructions as directed by superior or any other person as designated by the management.
