Responsible for driving website traffic, optimizing user journeys, and leveraging martech tools to analyze performance and execute data-driven media buying strategies. The candidate should be adept at turning insights into scalable acquisition strategies while optimizing the full user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Growth & Optimization:

- Implement martech tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, Segment) to track user behavior and improve website performance.

- Conduct A/B testing, funnel optimization, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.

- Collaborate with UX/UI and content teams to enhance engagement and retention.

2. Media Buying & Digital Ad Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).

- Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI on ad spend.

- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and adjust strategies in real time.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau) to derive insights on traffic sources, user journeys, and conversion paths.

- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

4. Martech Stack Management:

- Deploy and integrate tools like Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), and attribution models.

- Ensure proper tracking setup for accurate data collection.

5. Cross-Channel Strategy:

- Align paid media efforts with SEO, email marketing, and organic social strategies.

- Experiment with emerging channels (TikTok, Native Ads, Affiliate Marketing) for growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

- 3+ years in **performance marketing, digital ads buying, and web analytics.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and martech tools.

- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, or Looker Studio is a plus).

- Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution modeling.

Good-to-Have:

- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, CDPs, and automation tools.

- Basic HTML/CSS understanding for tracking implementations.

- Experience in B2C or e-commerce growth strategies.
